When you submit our contact form, we collect what you provide: your name, business or community name, phone number, email address, business type, and your message, along with any plans or add-ons you selected. When you purchase a plan, payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation of your purchase and basic billing details, but we never see or store your full card number. Our hosting provider automatically collects standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which are used for security and performance.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare your mockup, provide and bill for services, communicate with you about your project, and improve our site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small set of service providers to run our business: Vercel (website hosting and infrastructure), Resend (delivery of contact form emails to us), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (email). Each processes your information only to provide its service to us, under its own privacy policy and security practices.

If you are a client, the content of your website (including any customer or player information you collect through it) belongs to you. We access it only to build and maintain your site. You are responsible for your own site’s privacy practices and for posting your own privacy policy if your site collects personal information.

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Our site is designed to work without invasive tracking. We may use privacy-respecting analytics provided by our hosting platform to understand aggregate traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of non-essential communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.

Our services are for businesses and community operators. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
